How to Copy any Files and Folder

Steps to copy the file or folder are : 

1. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, click the file(s) or folder(s) you want to copy.
2. On the edit menu , click copy .
3. Open the folder or disk , where you want to put the copy of file(s) or folder(s)
4. On the edit menu , click paste.

• select more then one files or folder , hold down the CTRL keys then click the item you want to copy or move .
• Shortcut key for copy is CTRL+C.
and Paste Shortcut key is CTRL+V
